IRAN is an ancient country which has been center of the oldest of the civilization and it is the heir to one of richest cultures known to mankind. As Iranians we are proud of being the children of a land that has a history of more than five thousand years old which means having a rich culture and civilization. " Takhte Jamshid " ( Persepolis ) with more than two thousand and five hundred years antiquity, is the most important document of this civilization, whose construction took 120 years.

IRAN or PERSIA: A country of southwest Asia. The Persian Empire was founded c. 550 B.C. by Cyrus the Great . The name of the country was officially changed to Iran in 1935. Population, 70,000,000 . Its area is 1,648,195 sq km. Neighbors: Turkey, Iraq on West; Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan on North; Afghanistan, Pakistan on East. Tehran is the capital and the largest city.

ايران كشوري باستاني است كه مهد يكي از قديمي ترين تمدنها بوده و وارث يكي از غني ترين فرهنگهاي شناخته شده بشري مي باشد.براي هر يك از ما به عنوان يك ايراني مايه افتخار است كه فرزندان سرزميني هستيم كه بيش از پنج هزار سال سابقه تاريخي دارد. (آثاری متعلق به صدها هزار سال پیش در ایران یافت شده است) اين سابقه به معني داشتن فرهنگ و تمدن غني است . بناي تخت جمشيد با داشتن قدمتي بيش از دو هزار وپانصد سال مهمترين و پر افتخارترين سند و شاهد اين تمدن با شكوه است. اين بنا در زمان هخامنشيان به مدت صد و بيست سال ساخته شده است.ايران  كشوري در آسياي جنوب غربي مي باشد. امپراتوري ايران در سال پانصد و پنجاه قبل از ميلاد بوسيله كوروش بزرگ تاسيس گرديد. درسال 1935 ميلادي نام كشور بصورت رسمي به ايران تغيير يافت. جمعيت ايران حدود هفتاد ميليون نفر و داراي مساحت  1648195  كيلومتر مربع است. همسايگان: تركيه وعراق در غرب _ ارمنستان و آذربايجان و تركمنستان در شمال_ افغانستان و پاكستان در شرق . تهران پايتخت وبزرگترين شهر آن است.
